Dear first mom
I am growing in leaps and bounds."Mor" that is Norwegian for mom is taking me everywhere!
Yesterday I went on along hike, two miles. When I get tired I just sit up on my hind legs and get a lift for a while. My Norwegian is getting quite good.I know gå på do (go potty) flink pike ( good girl) and many other essential expressions. The catsare still not playing with me, but my nose has not been swiped for quite a few days now. I got my own dog pen! I only stay in it a short while every day to get used to it. The horses seem friendly but are way to big for me. I know I amnot supposed to go in the corral like this crazy little terrier next door does.I am even outdoor in the yard alone now and then - not for long, mom checks on me constantly.I do wish I had a playmate like the Bernese Mountaindog visiting last weekend, but mom does take me on walks with her friends who have dogs.Some of them like to play.

On a sad note  Ed Passed Away in June of 2000 just after
getting Polaris aka name change to Chuchi, for his wife.
Ruth now has the company and a gift of love left to keep her company from her husband.

Just thought you'd like to receive a photo of Blizzard as he receives his CD in Obedience!
It only took three shows for us to get his title.
Took first place in his first two shows and got 3rd place (out of 35 dogs) in his third show.
His scores for each show were quite impressive too.
 First show was 188, second show he got 195-1/2 and 193-1/2 out of a possible 200 points.
The judges are all quite surprised and impressed to see a Siberian in the obedience ring
.  For some crazy reason everyone seems to think "northern
breeds" are difficult to work with, but we all know better.
